Project Darkfire

Become what they said you couldn't.

About: An outcast discovers that the world's categories, and ultimately its gods, were never capable of defining their potential.

This tagline and About copy are approved for spoiler-safe public use.

Short Description

Project Darkfire is a fantasy action RPG set in a world where Heaven, Hell, and Earth have collided. Explore a world of angels, demons, and conflicting histories, and discover how much you have taken for granted. Become what they said you couldn't.

In three words: Defy imposed limits.

This short description is spoiler-safe. Use it when the full player-facing description below is too long. It preserves the player's unknown identity. Public genre shorthand is fantasy action RPG; high-fantasy scope and a dark-fantasy tone can coexist. The tone direction centres beauty, unease, intimacy, and wonder, with hope in the possibility that imposed limits can be broken.

Approved Game I Player-Facing Description

Twenty years ago, nuclear war and the Merge shattered the old world, forcing Earth, Heaven, and Hell into one full-scale planetary world. You grew up in Eden, a rare settlement where humans, angels, demons, and hybrids live together. When the darkfire on your skin awakens and someone close to you disappears, you must leave home and cross a world whose people have already decided what you are and what you can never become.

Explore fifteen Earth-sized surfaces: Earth and fourteen circles of Heaven and Hell on foot or through unrestricted flight. Every circle transforms the same buried terrain ancestry into a different world, with its own geography, architecture, people, history, dangers, and physical rules. Fight with physical bodies, weapons, momentum, magic, and materials. Craft equipment, structures, and mechanisms; create original magic by combining forms, forces, behaviours, and effects; and develop ordinary construction into Creation.

The world does not wait for you. People and factions live, fight, build, remember, and spread what they learn. They may copy your weapons and magic, exploit your habits, or develop countermeasures to stop you. Absorb another being to gain their abilities, memories, knowledge, and complete perspective while removing them from the outside world.

There is no morality meter and no prescribed hero. The world remembers what you did, shows you what followed, and leaves the verdict to you.

This is not the story of someone discovering they were chosen.

It is the story of someone discovering that the world never understood what they could become.

Become what they said you couldn't.

Scale Claim Rules

The private canonical baseline is fifteen complete 510,072,000 km² surface domains: 7,651,080,000 km², or 7,651,080,000,000,000 m², before adding caves, interiors, walls, ceilings, structures, and fine-relief area. Public copy may say fifteen Earth-sized surfaces. It must not describe them as fifteen planets, fifteen interchangeable maps, or a Euclidean stack inside one globe.

For controlled comparisons:

Comparison Comparable basis Darkfire ratio Required qualification
One complete Earth / Microsoft Flight Simulator's one-Earth digital twin 510,072,000 km² reference surface 15× Compares primary mapped surface only, not detail density, playable content density, interiors, or simulation fidelity.
One nominal Minecraft Java horizontal coordinate envelope about 3.6 billion km² from an approximately 59,999,968-block square about 2.13× Compares one coordinate envelope, not generated land at equal detail; Minecraft dimensions and practical/version-specific limits require separate treatment.

The Earth reference follows the World Factbook physical-world reference. The Microsoft comparison is limited to the one-Earth scope described by the Microsoft Flight Simulator development account. The Minecraft envelope uses Mojang's documented default boundary at 29,999,984 blocks from the origin in MC-187668, treating one horizontal block as one square metre for this narrow calculation.

Do not reduce No Man's Sky's many independent procedural planets to one additive square-area claim, and do not publish exact World of Warcraft or Asheron's Call ratios from fan-estimated maps. Those products use different topology, scale, density, accessibility, and generation assumptions. “Biggest game world ever created” is an ambition, not an approved factual claim, until a versioned Darkfire build and a defensible competitor methodology can be measured. The strongest accurate claim is the design itself: one continuous causal world with fifteen independently persistent Earth-sized surfaces, traversal, systemic change, and authored density layered over that scale.

Project Darkfire II

In three words: Belong without erasure.

Two worlds. Two Gods. One future.

About: Two equally real versions of God discover one another, fall in love, and must learn whether two truths can become one without either being erased.

Project Darkfire III

In three words: Define your existence.

When you can become anything, what should you become?

About: Having finally earned perfection, God must decide what death, individuality, divinity, sacrifice, and ultimately existence itself should mean.

The Game II and Game III copy is approved franchise positioning but remains private until a reveal plan authorizes its use. It exposes sequel premises that the current public corpus deliberately withholds.

The autobiographical foundation is not marketing material by default. Public work may communicate the universal experience of being underestimated. It must not disclose, invent, or exploit the creator's disability or private history without an explicit authorial decision.

Documentation Boundary

The docs/ corpus is private author canon. It contains true history, hidden mechanisms, production plans, and late-game answers that cannot appear in public reference material.

The player-docs/ corpus is the player-facing disclosure layer. It is derived from private canon but is not a second continuity. It states only what a prospective player or early-game character may safely know. When a public page and private canon conflict, repair the public page. Do not change the private truth to preserve marketing copy.

Player-facing writing separates observed conditions from reports, doctrine, and disputed interpretation. It may preserve uncertainty that characters genuinely face. It must not manufacture false facts to hide a spoiler.

Until a reveal plan explicitly changes the boundary, public material withholds the Engineering Triangle, the unresolved question of whether a literal Jesus machine existed, religions as an engineering iteration chain, Michael's fiction, the private River mechanism, the Real God, Present God, and True God distinctions, the First Child, the Game 2 and Game 3 plots, 333 and 666, and the Boundary. Public material may show effects whose causes remain unknown.
